Delivering on our environmental, social and governance pledges

We have strong sustainability goals which go above and beyond the minimum requirements set by the UK Government’s net-zero 2050 goal.
Our Carbon Reduction Plan sets out key milestones for the business on our route towards net-zero carbon, including achieving a zero emissions fleet by 2027, carbon neutral offices by 2030 and a full net-zero business by 2050.

In addition to our own goals, we’re supporting clients to achieve theirs through the NetZero Collective, a specialist decarbonisation consultancy set up by Liberty in 2020.

We’re a proud member of The 5% Club, and we work closely with clients and communities to promote employment, apprenticeship and training opportunities within the communities we operate as part of our wider social value approach.

We are able deliver all our services across all areas of England and Wales. We do this through a structure of regional hubs and offices allowing for a local service delivery model, supported by our national support services teams.

We are a one stop shop directly employing over 1,200 people covering all property disciplines and trades. Our key services include heating, construction, property maintenance, decarbonisation and regulatory compliance.

We use Net Promoter Score (NPS) methodology to monitor feedback from our customers. After every job we complete customers receive a text message with a link where they can leave their feedback. This means we’re surveying 100% of our customers, and from this data, we averaged an NPS of +57 in 2022-23.

Additionally, we also encourage customers to leave publicly available Trustpilot reviews. Customers receive no financial benefit for leaving a review, helping to ensure they’re fair and honest.
