Liberty’s new webchat function has gone live today, allowing easy and convenient access to the Liberty team 24 hours a day.
Using the webchat couldn’t be simpler, just click on the webchat pop-up in the bottom right hand side of the screen, and away you go. The service also includes language translation tools to help make communication easier for anyone who’s first language isn’t English.
The launch of webchat forms part of a wider business programme to improve the customer experience at Liberty, all of which are contributing to our industry beating Trustpilot scores.
