• Three contract wins for Liberty Group

Construction firm Liberty Group has successfully secured contracts with three housing providers in the North West.

Symphony Housing Group, which owns and manages 41,000 homes in the region, has chosen Liberty Group to deliver its responsive out-of-hours repair service to its customers in the Greater Manchester area.

The firm has also been appointed by Rochdale Boroughwide Housing to carry out disrepair works to their properties. The contract will include installing new kitchens and bathrooms, carrying out repair work and larger structural works to the landlord’s 14,000 properties.

Ribble Valley Homes has also appointed Liberty Group to carry out kitchen and bathroom works to its properties.
