Technology enhancements will deliver more services to clients

Liberty is to begin rolling out enhancements to its I.T. platform from March 2018. The bespoke technology, which includes state of the art engineer handheld technology and developed back office systems, will enable Liberty clients and staff to make better use of data to provide a more tailored service for customers.

It follows nine months of software development, staff engagement workshops and client consultations. The roll out will be in a phased approach in the months to follow from March. Eventually, clients will be able to view new management information dashboards, featuring a rich range of live performance data about their contracts.

Derek Corbishley, Managing Director for Liberty commented: “In the digital environment, clients and customers’ expectations continue to grow and so are the methods we use to deliver our services. We continually reinvest in systems to improve and deliver cutting-edge IT that is at the forefront of the sector.

“These developed systems are foundations which allow Liberty and our clients to be more agile and adaptable than ever before.

“We’ll be working closely with clients this year so that together we can maximise the benefits of this latest technology.”
