Liberty win new contract to valet void properties for Cobalt Housing

The go-to-people for property services, Liberty Group, has successfully tendered for a valeting contract with Cobalt Housing on its void properties.

Liberty’s trusted voids teams specialise in getting empty properties back on the market quickly, efficiently and cost-effectively, saving clients both time and money.

The teams offer the complete solution to secure, repair and maintain vacant properties, including valeting - cleaning and removal of rubbish.

Maintenance Contract Manager, Brian Andrews, won the two-year contract after showcasing Liberty’s experience in valeting void properties to key partners at the housing association.

Cobalt Housing manages and maintains 6000 affordable homes in the Fazakerley, Croxteth and Norris Green areas of North Liverpool and Liberty will provide void valeting to the housing association’s in-house voids team from this month.

The new contract builds on Liberty’s long-standing relationship with Cobalt, with the company already delivering voids and gas servicing contracts for the landlord.

The new contract builds on Liberty’s existing relationship with the housing association which it currently has a gas contract with as well as a day to day response repairs and voids contract.
