• Liberty marks National Customer Service Week (2nd – 6th October)

Delivering great customer service is key to Liberty’s success and future growth plans. This week, the company has been celebrating National Customer Service Week.

National Customer Service Week is an opportunity for all businesses to celebrate examples of great customer service, share best practice with colleagues and have some fun.

At Liberty the activities began with a friendly competition among Knowsley-based Service Centre staff, which saw staff rewarded for going the extra mile for customers.

Throughout the week staff showcased highlights of excellent customer service.

Customer Experience Manager, Linda Burrows, commented: “Delivering excellent customer experiences plays a vital role in Liberty’s growth. It’s something we recognise often, but National Customer Service Week is an opportunity to re-emphasise and celebrate the efforts of our hard working team.”
