Liberty has launched a new office in Birmingham this month as part of expansion plans in the Midlands.

The opening of the new office, based in Solihull in Birmingham, follows Liberty securing a significant new contract with Sandwell Council, and will provide a local base for existing contracts with Corby Borough Council and housing association Bromford. Together, this means that Liberty will deliver gas servicing and maintenance for over 20,000 homes across the area.

Derek Corbishley, Managing Director of Liberty Group, said: “We are delighted to open our new office in Birmingham, enhancing our portfolio of regional offices across the UK. As the go to people for property services, we are going from strength to strength as a business and our increased presence in the Midlands follows a number of new contract wins in the area.

“We have exciting plans to grow further in the Midlands and deliver not just an excellent service to our clients and customers, but to build on our commitment to improving lives through reinvesting profits back into social projects across the communities we work.”
