Liberty is delighted to announce it has been awarded a three-year deal with Golden Lane Housing to deliver gas installations and planned works to more than 1,200 homes located across the UK.
The £270,000 a year contract was secured via direct award through Fusion21’s supplier framework, with the possibility of two one-year extensions.
Golden Lane Housing is one of the country’s leading supported housing landlords for people with a learning disability.
Liberty will be responsible for ensuring all ageing boilers are replaced as well as other repair and maintenance work required.
