Liberty is a specialist heating services provider to public, domestic and commercial clients across the UK. Established in 1969, it offers professional gas installation, maintenance and servicing, as well as energy solutions, electrical installations and property building and maintenance services.

We are looking for a 'can do, will do' enthusiastic Multi Trade Operative to join us to provide a comprehensive multi trade service to domestic and commercial properties.

Key responsibilities for this Multi Trade Operative role are:

Repair/ renew fit soffit fascia and barge boards

Repair/ renew ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, T and G or sheet flooring

Repair/ renew doors and door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards and ducting panelling

Repair/ renew kitchen units, work tops and decorative finishes

Repair/ replace/ fit ironmongery to doors and windows

Repair/ renew timber and UPVC window frames

Repair/ renew timber fencing and gates

Gain entries (windows and doors) including locks/ mechanism renewals

Recognisable qualification in plumbing/ plastering or other building trade/s

GCSE or equivalent standard in Maths & English

Must have a recognised Apprenticeship and qualification for a trade

Must be competent in all aspects of joinery trade discipline

Must have a valid CSCS card

Ability to competently carry out the full duties of other trade operations to a high standard

Demonstrate a significant range of skills in addition to the main trade

Experience working within a social housing environment (desirable)

Demonstrated ability to work on your own initiative and deal with problems

A current driving licence is essential
