We are looking to recruit an experienced Business Support Administrator to work in Ellesmere Port.
Key responsibilities for this Business Support Administrator role are:
Help us manage contractual requirements for a range of jobs
Providing strong administrative support for maintenance works
Coordinating programmed works schedules
Working to meet customer and client expectations
Validating each job to ensure the required information is available
Ensuring all regulatory information is updated, logged and logged to relevant system
Administrating works to support Supervisors\Site Managers to enable them to prioritise and schedule
Provide an efficient and flexible response to operational issues, in order to maintain levels of service delivery and support Supervisor\Site Supervisors to meet contractual requirements

Competent in all aspects of admin having strong coordinator experience, ability to operate a computerised data base system and demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to manage change.
