Simon is an experienced Finance Director and board member with more than 27 years of expertise in his field across sectors ranging from manufacturing and utilities to telecoms and renewable energy.

Ian has worked in the building industry since he was 15 years old and has worked in operations management since 2006.
As Director of Liberty's repairs, maintenance and construction division, Ian ensures Liberty delivers an efficient, effective and value for money services, helping clients create vibrant communities, drive long term value from their assets and maintain customers homes to a high standard.
Karen’s strength is delivering compliance and customer satisfaction. She is a role model for women working in the property services industry.
In 2007, she became the first Gas Contracts Manager for PH Jones, and went on to gain a wealth of experience across the full range of property services including operations, repairs and maintenance and gas across the domestic, industrial and commercial sectors.
Karen oversees all our heating and compliance services day-to-day external and internal operations. She is passionate about delivering exceptional services to clients and their tenants, and empowering colleagues to deliver the highest levels of service, safety and efficiency.
She is committed to using technology and innovation to continuously improve customer service and experience.
Helen has a solid track record of winning work in both public sector maintenance and construction. She brings 17 years’ worth of experience to the role which will be instrumental in delivering Liberty’s mission to be the go-to people for property services.
In addition to consulting, Helen has worked directly for a number of tier 1 contractors determining their growth strategies, generating robust pipelines and ultimately tendering, negotiating and securing new work to sustainably increase their order books. Experienced in leading numerous teams including business development, strategy, bids, estimating, social value, customer care, PR, marketing and communications, her focus remains on driving excellent performance whilst generating real tangible results.
As Group Business Development Director, Helen will source, secure and strengthen partnerships with new and existing clients, lead on new work winning activities, and develop and grow Liberty’s Environmental, Sustainability and Governance (ESG) reporting and monitoring function. She is passionate about making a positive difference for the benefit of the business, her clients and her teams.
Voted as one of the UK’s top 100 Chief Information Officers in 2018, Dave has been delivering successful business change and pioneering technology transformation programmes across a diverse range of operating environments and sectors for more than 20 years.
Prior to joining Liberty, Dave has gained experienced working mainly in regulated industries including property and construction, financial services and civil nuclear sectors, healthcare and defence.
As ICT Director, Dave is responsible for setting and executing Liberty’s technology strategy, leading the delivery of complex technology projects, successfully mobilising new client contracts and keeping the organisation safe and secure from cyber threats.
He brings cross-sector expertise and passion for helping Liberty deliver on its long and short-term ambitions to the role.
Simona is responsible for Liberty’s HR services across the business, including employee relations, learning and development, performance and change management and organisational development.
A qualified HR professional and coach, she has over 20 years’ experience in the housing, catering and construction sectors and a strong background in HR operations, including employee relations and employment law.
Passionate about equality, diversity and inclusion, Simona leads on these priorities across Liberty as part of the group’s commitment to providing opportunities for all.
Roy is a proactive and pragmatic health and safety leader, with a career spanning over 30 years in the military and large multi-disciplined organisations in sectors including manufacturing, construction and heating solutions.
He believes the key to unlocking Liberty’s strong health and safety culture is through engaging, educating and empowering our most important assets, our people.
With a passion for sensible risk management, Roy’s collaborative approach to driving change and continuous improvement throughout his career means he has a deep insight and understanding of safety behaviours and the critical role everyone at Liberty plays in providing an altogether better working environment for all.
Andy is a senior commercial professional with over 20 years’ experience in the services and construction industries. This has primarily been in facilities management in various environments including housing, health, education, defence, financial services, and manufacturing sectors. Prior to joining Liberty Andy worked in the design industry working on major road and rail infrastructure projects. He is a Quantity Surveyor by training and has been in commercial leadership roles for the last six years.
Andy has a passion for solving complex commercial problems and has a wealth of experience in dispute avoidance and resolution. He is focussed on transparency and building trust-based relationships with clients, customers and stakeholders.
Andy is happy to roll his sleeves up and be hands on or take a support role – whichever is best for the matter in hand.
Andy leads Liberty’s Commercial Team and is accountable for providing robust commercial advice to the business as well as leading on commercial governance, risk & opportunity management and legal affairs.
